Terms and Conditions
- All rates are per night, per unit and on self catering base
- Rates are quoted in South African Rand
- Check in time : 14:00 - 18:00
- Check out time : 10:00
- Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival. Early or late check in may be arranged
- Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
- Extra guests arriving at Cloverleigh Guest House without prior notice and who are not on the original booking
information will be allocated to another room, charged at the full room rate, or refused.
- We regret that pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Payment
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- 15+ days prior to arrival date: 10% of the total cost of accommodation will be debited.
- 8-14 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total cost of accommodation will be debited.
- 7 days or less, no show or early departure: 100% of the total cost of accommodation will be debited.
- 100% deposits are requiring to confirm bookings received less than 61 days prior to arrival date.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all other bookings.
- Credit Card facilities available for Visa and Master Card
- No cheques accepted
Child Policy
- Cloverleigh Guest House is not suitable for infants and children under 12 years of age. Should guests arrive with
under age children, we will not honour the booking.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
